Delete Your SnapPhysics Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account and all associated data.

⚠️ Before You Delete

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
  • All images you've uploaded
  • All conversation history with Professor Snap AI
  • Your progress (XP, level, streak)
  • Your virtual currency (diamonds)
  • All transaction history

This action cannot be undone.

Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

Open SnapPhysics App

Launch the SnapPhysics app on your mobile device

Go to Profile

Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen

Scroll Down

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen

Tap "Delete Account"

Tap the red "Delete Account" button

Confirm Deletion

Read the warning and confirm that you want to delete your account

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

What Happens After Deletion?

  • ✅ Your account will be immediately deactivated
  • ✅ All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems
  • ✅ Your data will be removed from backup systems within 30 days
  • ✅ You will receive a confirmation email
  • ✅ You can create a new account with the same email after deletion is complete

Data Retention After Deletion

What is deleted:

  • All personal information (name, email, avatar)
  • All images you uploaded
  • All conversation history
  • All progress and gamification data

What may be retained (anonymized):

  • Aggregated usage statistics (no personally identifiable information)
  • Technical logs for legal compliance (retained for 90 days)

Alternatives to Deletion

If you're not sure about deleting your account, consider these alternatives:

  • Take a Break: Simply stop using the app. Your data will remain safe.
  • Clear Conversation History: Delete individual conversations instead of your entire account
  • Update Privacy Settings: Review and adjust your privacy preferences
  • Contact Support: Let us know if there's an issue we can help resolve
